Your toyota is a total loss. I can take it off you hands for $100 and I am
being generous ;-).
Seriously, it could be your A/C. Does it happen only when the A/C is on? I
am not up on A/C systems but usually the condensation is routed outside.

Check the evaporator drain hose for blockage. It is located under the
truck near the firewall. A small wire or coat hanger usually clears the
obstruction.

My guess is the drain is clogged for your environment controls. Behind
where the envir. controls are (center of the dash) there's a hose that
comes out and goes through the firewall and then ends. It lets all that
condensation drip outside the vehicle instead of all over your carpet.
I'd start off by getting a thin stiff wire, and feeding it up that
drain trying to unclog it. Becareful, because when you brake the
clog, there will be a lot of water that will gush out of that drain
into your face if you're not carefull. Then you can access it best
by pulling the carpet back in the passenger side. I'd completely
remove the hose, take it and clean it out real well. Then put it
back like you found it.
